This was a replacement as we'd booked for the Hisperia which was under renovation, however, it certainly wasn't second best.Thouroughly enjoyed the stay, all the staff from the cleaners to reception were excellent.
The hotel it self is in a great location, if you leave the hotel via the back you can litrally turn left and head to the marina, or right into town. Spent 10 days here a week before the island was put on lockdown. Dont know about laundry facilities. There is a lovely path with goes all the way along the beach front. Own or manage this property? We went to the hotel's Japanese restaurant and had a great meal. Now $110 (Was $̶1̶4̶6̶) on Tripadvisor: H10 Lanzarote Princess, Playa Blanca. The staff were friendly and helpful. We have just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely hotel and i was very apprehensive about going after all the negative reviews i had read on this website.
The accommodation was well presented and cleaned as was the restaurant which had great, well prepared and varied dishes. Great choice of alcololic drinks at bars and speciality coffees at Mike's Coffee Bar We did find it weird that the toilet door is made of glass and not lockable though !! Check out Sakura, our new oriental restaurant and pop into the new specialised coffee shop Mike's Coffee.
The H10 Lanzarote Princess is a hotel, not an Aparthotel therefore I dont believe there are 2 bedroomed apartments. Lovely complimentary toiletries throughout stay The grounds are kept spotlessly clean all day Food was themed each night with great choice of hot and cold food and show cooking. There were more than enough sunbeds in all areas and plenty of fixed sun umbrellas.
