The cleaner now works like a champ. Later I needed my vacuum sweeper overhauled and they handled that, making my 15 year old beast as good as new! I feel I got robbed, paid for services and parts i didnt need and my pool wasnt cleaned. They been in the pool biz for years upon years.
After being frustrated for the last time a few months back I searched for another pool supply company and found Action (thanks Yelpers).
